Please allow 3-7 business days for us to prepare your artwork for shipping. Typically, shipping takes 5-10 business days.
In Case of Delays
Should your package be delayed, your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. If your package is lost in transit, please email me at lynn@lynnmazzoleni.com within 48 hours. I am committed resolving any unexpected issues to ensure your satisfaction.
Damaged Items
Contact me at lynn@lynnmazzoleni.com with a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt. This will allow us to initiate the process for a return or replacement, ensuring that you can enjoy the art as intended.
International Orders
If you're ordering from outside the United States, you might have to pay extra costs. These could be VAT, import fees, or other charges from your local government when your order arrives. These extra costs are your responsibility and are a usual part of shopping internationally.
