Return Process:

• Reflection Period: If, for any reason, you feel that the artwork you've received isn't the right fit for your space or doesn't resonate with you as expected, you have 15 days from the date of arrival to initiate a return. This grace period is meant to give you ample time to experience the artwork in your environment and ensure that it truly enhances your space and spirit.
• Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please reach out to me directly through my website's contact form. Include your order details and the reason for the return to help me understand your experience better. This insight is invaluable, allowing me to continuously improve and ensure that my art finds the right homes.
• Shipping Back: Please note that return shipping costs are not covered. I encourage you to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the artwork. The piece should be returned in its original condition and packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund Options:

• Refund Policy: Upon the safe return of the artwork, you will be eligible for a refund of 85% of the original purchase price. This policy is in place to cover handling and restocking. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I aim to make this process as smooth and fair as possible.
• Exchange Option: If you prefer, you can choose to apply the full value of your return towards another piece of art. This option allows you to explore a different artwork that might be a better fit for your space and spirit, continuing your journey of artistic discovery and enrichment.
